Everyday pantry, quietly extraordinary.

Mamar Specialities is a small kitchen studio in Irvine crafting spice blends, infused oils and heirloom pantry goods — the way Michelle's grandmother taught her: slowly, in small batches, and always with intention.

What we make

Three shelves, one philosophy.

Every jar carries a story — of a family farm in the Central Valley, a spice merchant in Los Angeles, or a recipe passed hand to hand across four generations.

01 —

Signature Spice Blends

Toasted, milled and mixed in tiny batches of nine jars at a time. Bold enough for the grill, gentle enough for a soft-boiled egg.

02 —

Infused Olive Oils

Cold-pressed California olive oil, slow-infused with rosemary, blood orange or roasted garlic for two full weeks before bottling.

03 —

Heirloom Pantry

Wildflower honey, hand-brined preserves and slow-cured salts — the quiet supporting cast of a really good meal.

Our approach

Made the long way, on purpose.

We refuse the shortcuts most spice brands take. No anti-caking agents, no bulk-warehouse blending, no shortcuts on freshness. Just clean, single-origin ingredients milled the week you order.

  • Whole spices toasted & ground in-house, never pre-milled
  • Direct relationships with 11 small farms across California, Baja & Oaxaca
  • Every jar hand-labeled with its blend date & batch number
  • Recyclable glass, kraft paper labels, zero plastic in the box

The Ancho & Cocoa rub changed our Sunday dinners. Nothing on a grocery shelf comes close to this depth of flavor.

I ordered a gift set for my sister and she immediately asked where I'd hidden them for the last year. Beautifully packaged.

You can taste the freshness. Michelle actually wrote a note in my box explaining how to use the Meyer lemon salt.
