Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you — and what to do if it doesn't arrive in perfect shape.
Shipping timelines
Because every jar is blended to order, please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare your package before it ships. Once shipped, U.S. Ground orders arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Rates
- U.S. Standard: $6.50 flat, free on orders over $65
- U.S. Expedited (2-day): $18 flat
- Wholesale & corporate gifts: quoted individually
Packaging
We ship in recycled kraft boxes with cornstarch peanuts and shredded paper — everything in the box is home-compostable within 90 days. Fragile items (glass jars, oil bottles) are individually wrapped and cushioned.
Damaged in transit
Glass sometimes doesn't survive a long trip. If any of your jars arrive broken, email a photo to feedback@mamarspecialities.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace them at no charge — no need to return anything.
Returns
Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns of opened jars. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping is not refunded). Contact us before shipping anything back.
Wrong item, missing item, or a blend you don't love
Tell us. We'll make it right. That has been our policy since the first twenty jars in 2019, and it isn't changing.
